i use what i call a "tension rag". essentially its a scarf that i fold narrowly and tie behind my ears around my head as tightly as i can stand it. i wear it for 20- 30 minutes at a time until my head stops hurting. i also use migraine patches. they're kinda like icy hot, only cool and you can apply them to the forehead and the base of the neck to help relieve tension. let me know if it helps.

First of all, you know how to relax, then try some herbal medicines offered in your country. Try to avoid under stress factors. My friend from Japan gave me a medicine that really works for a headache, it is "EVE" made in Japan. Try to consult a reflexologists, ask her/him to reflex especially the head part of your body. Then, try to be happy in the LORD!!!

I just lay down on the couch with a warm washrag on my forehead. I also turn off the bright lights or close the curtains so the sun doesn't hurt more (when I get headaches my eyes hurt too.)
