A quality sleep makes our mind and body feel fresh and ready for the next day. However, not everyone is lucky to have the quality sleep . For some , it is because of health conditions , for some it is because of wrong lifestyle choices, while for some it is because of work life. In any case, it is important to have a good sound sleep without disturbances. So, what are your tips for improving sleep quality ?

I reflect on God's word, and then I pray. I also turn off my phone before I go to sleep.

Praying before bed time as well as keeping the phone away before sleep are great practices. Thanks for sharing!

I don’t have caffeine past 3pm, but I’ve had problems sleeping for 20 years now due to pain from a car accident. Recently, I got a weighted blanket, and that DID help, but it is too hot to use during the summer. I always sleep better in cooler temperatures, but then a lot of people probably do.

Have a solid wind down routine and follow it religiously. Don't make excuses for it. Focus on when you want to wake up, not when you think you should sleep. Allow flexibility for unexpected circumstances, but don't let your health prevent you from putting in the work. Sleep isn't going to magically come because you want it to.

What works for me is to have a regular sleeping time and to not sleep with my phone or gadget or any device near me or at arm's reach.

Regular sleep routine definitely is the right way. Keeping gadgets away at arm's reach is also a great practice as some people get glued to gadgets and ruins the sleep time. Thanks for sharing!
