Oh man...

I had one of those dreams... It was so jumbled I can't even tell it to you... everything kept changing. I was looking for a blue crayon I thought I had, to give to a kid who only had a red one... only found a brown and a black one... Scene shift and I think I was with my Toronto cousin, in her home, but then Juanita was there and it was time to get going... Something about grocery shopping, buy one bag of potatoes get one free, but they came in flat cardboard boxes... waiting with the shopping cart with the groceries out on the sidewalk while Juanita left her purse and coat with me in the cart that was longer than usual and someone else wanted it to get home because they took a taxi there, but I wouldn't let them... they disappeared and so did Juanita... started to walk but everything kept changing and I didn't know where I was... And then I woke up totally confused. Maybe it was the ribena in my tea...

Very confusing. I did dream that I lost a student on a field trip , all the details were so muddled. But I was so upset, that I remember. It took me a while to feel better when I woke up.

That sounds like a confusing dream or maybe you had moments where you just can't remember the dream so you're mind is just picking up where it left off. Kind of like buffering.
