In bengal once the fruit jackfruit appears choice of vegetables reduce.

Jackfruit is called kanthal in bengal. it is used both as a vegetable called enchor and also a fruit. The fruit comes letter. Now the vegetable part has ripened into fruit. So for the people the choice of vegetables has reduced. There is no enchor any more.

I prefer to eat the fruit,jackfruit is very sweet,and is one of my favorite fruit.Enchor i never tasted,sounds amazing.

Last time during the month of may I cooked for two times
It was my first time but fried jackfruit was well accepted as it was finished from none
