dont get it meta business suite

I have a page on Facebook where I try to sell used books. I don't price them very high. Trouble is, I find the Meta Business Suite and all of the stuff they have on there confusing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I've never sold anything. I should probably throw this page in the virtual trash, but I guess I'm still hoping I'll actually "get" the whole Meta Business Suite thing one day.... Probably not.
