Do you have any daily habits that contribute to your well-being?

Knowingly or unknowingly, we do have daily habits. Some of these habits contribute to our wellbeing- physically or mentally. Some write diaries on a daily basis, contributing to their emotional and mental well being. Some incorporate tiny exercises while in office or while doing household chores. So , what are your daily habits that contribute to your well-being?

Walking is one of best exercises possible. Plus you are taking care of your diet. Thanks for the tips!

I say a short prayer on rising and do a breathing exercise and that helps

I only eat a lunch everyday,and i'll drink much tea to keep my stamina.That's how i get off the sickness.Surely,sometimes,Toothache will disturb me,but that's an old question,i can deal with it.
