Vada pav is an Indian street food. You first boil the potatoes. After adding a few spices the batter of the vada is prepared. It's this - the potatoes. It's then fried in gram flour. This is how the vada is prepared. The pav is a bread, made with maida, also known as All Purpose Flour. I've just described the dish very briefly. For those who may still not understand, I've put a picture here. This dish is called vada pav. It's an Indian street food, believed to have originated in Mumbai. But it's spread across India.
