Trust is an important aspect in any relationship. Trust once broken may not always be restored.
Some people provide us strength during our challenging times , helping to build trust. Some are transparent and honest in all things that do , including mistakes or errors. Some show empathy and understanding about us and that also helps in stregthening trust in us.
So ,how does a person be trustworthy according to you - be it personal or professional ?

Trustworthy to me is being reliable and honest. You keep your promises, you communicate openly, you are consistent in your actions. Whether personal or professional, show respect, be supportive, and always act with integrity. Trust is built over time. YOUR WORDS AND ACTIONS MUST MATCH!

A person who makes themselves reliable with words and actions.
and a person who speaks positive behind your back or in your absence (not sure how much applicable)
Besides I stop trusting any person... it is expensive and consume my energy to rely on other person
