In bengal there is a dish called chachari. In the dish there is a kind combination of vegetables like drumsticks, jackfruit seeds, brinjals, potatoes and pumpkins. All of them are mixed and a curry is made. It is eaten with both rice and chapatis.

I am totally unaware of this dish and hearing it for the very first time, and have never seen it as well. So what you described, it looks to me as if it's a kind of curry, right? And I am sure it might be teasting a bit spicy. Or how does it taste? By the way how do you pronounce that word?

yes Abhijitji it is of a mixed vegetable curry. The drumsticks called data in bengali add a lot of taste?

@sathviksouvik Right. That's what I was expecting. It's that vegetable that gives it this taste. And this is great to read about a local dish. I will certainly go through YouTube videos to see its recipe. And try to make it home. I will let you know its taste also as to how it's made.

@abhi_bangal thanks Abhijitji regarding the pronunciation it is called "chochori". It is not that spicy. Some turmeric powder salt and dhaniya powder is given. The vegetables are boiled and mixed.
