In Bengal there are 3 to 4 forms in which potatoes are fried

In bengal when dal and rice and eaten in lunch they are served with potato fries. The fries are a bit different from french fries that are sold by Mcdonald. Either the potatoes are cut in round shapes and fried or they are fried in rectangular ways and fried. Sometimes onions are fried with potatoes and served.

I like potatoes cooked in whatever way. Potatoes and onions are good combination.
