I had issues to deal with and Billu is the cause. She takes her kitten right on top of the kitchen cupboard and has been climbing up and down countless times to take care of that kitten and the other one that she could not take up as it is large in size. I just could not concentrate on anything worrying what will happen to Billu if she went up and down that many times. Also there was the fear of the kitten falling down. Finally she did fall down but did not hurt herself. Tiny as she is probably she knew how to conduct that fall I have now put a barricade and she has now taken her kittens back to where she started her journey - below the wash basin. I am now at peace

I suspect Billu is your sweet cat From what you described, it looks like she is having fun there with her babies. I can imagine how much you too might be enjoying. Also, I can get a feel of your furry friends, because I have 3 dogs in my house - the puppy and its parents. Before they I had a snow white cat, and it looked quite cute. As far as their falling down is concerned, don't you worry. Cats never touch their back to the ground. I mean to say, even if you hold them upside down and release them from the least possible distence, they will still land in their feet.

It was far frrom a happy situation. I just could not see my cat going up there and coming down down every time the kittens cried. She is a wonderful mother. That kitten that fell down is only a month old. We have had dogs too and the last one we lost four years ago. Good to know you are an animal lover too.
