Went for a 30-minute walk, and I'm a bit sweaty, but it could be worse.
I went around the complex partway, to the dirt road and came in the back gate. I got the mail, then went to the office to pick up a bit of chocolate that they often have in the candy dish in the entryway, and then came home.
As for the mail, I got a check for $1.00 from one of the companies where I have a credit card, a replacement credit card from another company, a store and something that (I think) is from an exchange-slip member. I'll have to open it and see.
So, no "bad" mail like bills or anything--at least, not today.
I hope that you received something in the mail today that you were happy with!
(Turns out the envelope I thought was from an exchange slip person was from a sticker place I ordered from).

I dreaded our electricity bill last summer. It would come in a sealed envelope, and I'd wait for the husband to come home so we'd open it and look at it together.
Here in the Philippines, we call it "bill shock."

Sounds like a nice outing. And, yes it could always be worse.

We got one bill from Public service and it was not that high like I thought it would be from having the AC on.
