Ballet Memories

This beautiful girl has a great future. The day with her mother and sister made their mundane shopping (usually boring) carried on with leaps and bounds of swan splits.
As hubby took a quick photo, I followed her up--carefully NOT staring or stalking-- she made a graceful twirl with her hands in the air after that ballet split.
I've always dreamt of being a ballet dancer as a little girl through my High School years.
Many years passed... still dreaming. And my back would not have it even if I try. :-D

I know, right? What do you do when your back (and pinched sciatic nerve pain)? My hubby bought me a NMES device called, NeuroMD (from US). My nephew had the same problem and advice NeuroMD for me. It works wonders.
