Flags Flown at 1/2 Mast, in Michigan

This past week, Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced that all flags in Michigan be flown at 1/2 mast.
A Melvin police officer, Mohamed Said perished this week, while in the line of duty. The community of Melvin is grieving, along with Mohamed's wife and their children.
Police officers have been given a bad rap, because of one or two dishonest cops. For this reason, many policemen don't get the respect and honor they deserve.
Their responsibility is to protect and keep us safe, within our environment.
Some of these policemen are killed in the line of duty, what a tragedy

In my country, they just cot another bad guy of the ones that killed 3 cops a few months ago. I hope that they rot in jail.

@kobesbuddy I have discovered that human rights are not to be given to evil people. They take easily the rights off normal people.

I agree with you that most police officers are honorable persons that do their best to serve and protect their communities.
