Bengalies in monsoon prefer a food called khichri.

In monsoon in bengal there is a food which is preferred called khichri. It is a combination of moong dal or lentil and rice. It is cooked together. Potatoes and cauliflowers are boiled and added in the food. It tastes very nice.

I guess everyone's easy and comfort food is khichri.. But I have not tried it yet!
