Yes, I am TECHNICALLY unemployed. So yes, that means I am all about football again. Are you ready for this? Nick Foles, Former Philadelphia Eagle Quarterback, is officially retiring on September 16th during the Philly home opener against the Atlanta Falcons. It's been an 11 season roller coaster. Foles was originally drafted to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2012 and led them to a Superbowl in the 2017 season. After that he played for five other teams, St. Louis Rams, Kansas City Chiefs, Jacksonville Jaguars, Chicago Bears, and the Indianapolis Colts. He is also one of three quarterbacks in NFL history with at least 25 touchdown passes and 2 interceptions in a single season. 13 Foles 28-2 16 Brady 27-2 18 Rodgers 25-2 Seems pretty dang good to me. The rumor was, when Foles was ready to retire he was going to go become a priest I believe or pastor. I get the words mixed up but he was going to follow his heart into religion. That's the safest way to put it I guess. I wish him well on the next leg of his journey. He seemed really at peace with his decision in the video had had posted.
