i want some tips to be slim

Well, i have few. Do yoga, drink more water, walk a lot, run a lot and do some regular exervcise.

Do exercice minimum 3 time per week, like jogging, Bike... Eat less in the evening, just meat like chiken, vegetable.... Avoid Carbon hydrat in the evening like patota, spaghetti... and offcourse fat, choclate, chips.... You can eat in the morning and during the day until 5 PM after limit your food at white meat like chicken and vegetable and don't forget to do some jogging or bike. Bye

drink alot of water and also make sure to eat breakfast as soon as you awake every morning
