Do you have electric scooters in your town?

Today I went outside for a short while. I found this Bolt electric scooter. I saw these when I went to the dentist too. Some people use electric scooters instead of public transport. I never used them and I can't use them. I have a bicycle and can't use it even if I loved using it as a kid. There are many joys I can't have now. I would like to use this Bolt electric scooter. But I can take only cars and cabs. I read that using electric scooters is cheap. I wonder if these are everywhere. They say these can replace public transport when it doesn't rain and during the summer.

@dya80dya I don't know if I would fall, but I wouldn't feel safe on them. I'm sorry you get dizzy.

We have them there, but they aren't much better than walking, or in my case, wheeling.

@dya80dya If you can balance yourself, you can usually do so. You just have to be aware of battery life and make sure you have enough to get to where you're going and back again.

There are scooters around here but I also cannot try one, I know I would just fall off it or crash with it, I would love an electric cart I could sit on and whiz around but the are so expensive, I added a photo of what I ma talking about now that would be right up my alley but I don't have the money for it,

An electric cart is a good idea. Sadly, everything useful is so expensive and we can't afford it.

I have seen them in many countries. In fact , there are startups in many countries which allows you to ride on the electric scooters by going point to point. You just pay for the point to point charges and you can save a lot of cost. It is eco-friendly and cheaper than bus charges in most countries. You can buy electric scooters although the batteries need to be replaced after sometime and the batteries are usually expensive. The transportation world is movig to electric and perhaps soon it will be hybrid and electric cars only.

This is very possible. And unfortunately, they removed electric trams from our town. They use buses now.

We have them as well--I love them and though I go fairly slowly on them, I haven't fallen yet--they are great to get from home to the metro line here--
