Health Matters: When you want to sleep but can't

Sleep is for the weak they said. No sleep for the wicked, no sleep for all the bills that needs to be paid on time. But on what cost, our health is no joke and must not be compromised. But again, I can't sleep on time or have a good one even if I want to. I know it's no good but I just turn to my phone until I feel so sleepy.

It is torment to not be able to sleep. You can't be your best during the day and you are always tired. Sometimes it helps to go to YouTube and find those videos that help you sleep. There is something for everyone. There are rain sounds, music, bible verses, white noise, or whatever soothes your soul. It is worth a try.

I actually did this yesterday instead of browsing social media, or playing a quick game on a gambling site.

I think it did, since I'm a deep sleeper no matter what the circumstance. At first, I tried some apps but I didn't like them. I turned to YT and found something with rain/cricket sounds. Just the sound nature makes at night.
