Staying active is important. I know, I'm so aware of that because it's one way to help manage stress and hormonal imbalance. While I don’t exercise myself on regular basis, I know that many people enjoy activities like yoga, running, or strength training. Each type of exercise offers unique benefits, from improving flexibility and mental clarity to building muscle and endurance. I may not have the time to make it a routine but since I hate living in a messy environment, I consider house chores as an exercise especially during super-hot days. I'll be sweating non-stop after a few minutes, and that's it. I'm all good for the day.

Any physical activity which is done intensely or with some pace qualifies as exercise. So you are doing physical activity. My only suggestion is do few cardio exercises apart from the same. This would aid in overall health improvement. It can be for few minutes but then it definitely helps. I too am working on improving my overall health. I am trying to add a variety of things so that my exercise does not get boring and the body does not get adapted to a specific exercise set. Hopefully, I will have a good success story to share.

I didn't get the chance to learn how to ride a bike as a child. But if the time and energy allows, I do a little cardio on a spin bike for about 15-30 minutes. Along with that are some hand and arm exercises and it feels great.
