After Seventeen Years

The last time I stood before students was in 2007. Today, I am meeting the director of an English Language center. One of the center's teachers is going under the knife. While the latter recuperates, I will stand in for her. I am extremely delighted. This might be a good chance for me to get absorbed by the center. Who knows?
I have been having a hard time dealing with my mom. My mental health is not in good shape. And finally, this happens. God does not want me to sulk, he wants me to be fruitful.

I fully agree, God will always want you to survive and victorious in the end no matter what kind of situation you are in.
Don't be fully occupied by emotions and hurts always fix your eyes to God. I am not saying this because I find it easy, but I just know that is the hardest but the best thing and right thing to do is never give up and lose our hope in God.

I have been practicing cognitive restructuring. During this month-August- I could not sleep due to anxiety. My mom's voice was like an echo throwing all hurtful words.
