Exercise rejuvenates my body and spirit

I have lately discovered that routine exercise is somewhat magical to my body. I makes me less prone to common attacks like flu. Again, it makes me feel inner peace and remain focused on my work, goals and family. I therefore like to walk or jog a mile or two daily. Pushups and stretching are other forms of exercise I really like to do. Taking deep breaths helps me maintain a stable heartbeat rate of 68-73 b/m. What types of body exercise do you practice? I would love to know and try too.

True findings . An average 1-2 hours per day or an average of 5-10 hours per week definitely has benefits . Stretching and walking helps not only physically but mentally and we feel much better for the remaining day. I have not evaluated my immunity level against common cold , but it is very possible to be less prone to common attacks. Cardio and strengthening exercise helps with metabolism. I do a variety fo exercise so that the body do not adopt to a particular exercise and hit plateau.

I exercise regularly, 40 minutes to an hour each day. Walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, yoga and some weight exercises...I have an exercise regime keeping some varieties.
