EMS crews rescue a person and a dog trapped in a stalled elevator

A female patient who was ill was trapped inside of an elevator in what appears to be a hospital in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania on Monday afternoon. Employees of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) did their duty to work on first evacuate the female patient from inside the elevator before they were able to successfully rescue the dog from inside the elevator safely.
