Firefighters in California rescue a dog that was stranded on a roof

A neighbor in Danville California noticed a dog that managed to get out of the second story window was stranded on the roof of his or her owner's home outside on Friday August 16.. The neighbor contacted the authorities who sent firefighters from the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection to rescue the dog by using a ladder to rescue the dog just as its owners came home. The firefighters did send the dog inside of its home safely. The owners of the dog were not home when the dog was stranded outside. Link is upi.com/3051724272392 via @upi
