I don't watch football as closely as I used to. But I am still a San Francisco 49ers fan "in the background."
I am glad that the 49ers wide receiver, who was shot in a robbery attempt here, is going to be OK.
Have you ever been shot in a robbery attempt? I have had guns held on me, but I have never actually been shot.
Life in the US can be weird.
Pearsall is reportedly in stable condition.

That happened in DC a few years ago..one of their draft picks got shot in a car jacking attempt, in the legs nonetheless. He is a half back. Amazingly, he made a full recovery and was back on the field again, in a matter of weeks.

Glad he is going to be alright. Been a 49er fan since the early Joe Montana days. Hope he makes a full recovery quickly.

Glad he will be okay. I don't really watch football but hubby does. Never been in a robbery
