It's been a long day, and I am ready for bed. 
Tomorrow I'm going to a physical a couple of towns over. Thankfully they have folks here (goes with my insurance) that give rides to medical appointments.
I didn't get much posted today, but I've been tired. Lugging all that food home in the heat was difficult, but I'm glad I had it to lug!
