In the age of digital apps for communication, do you miss hand written letters?

Letter writing has become a rarity in this digital age. Digital apps do have the advantage of speed and convenience. However, for many of us, the handwritten letters still have a unique charm in our hearts. I have often felt that the handwritten letters have a more personal connection than the digital messages. Emotions at times can be expressed through letter writing and offering deeper connection. There is a personal touch to letters. Perhaps it could be because of unique imprint of the sender through their handwriting. Again, there is a feeling that more efforts are put into letter writing than sending text or WhatsApp messages. I am sure there are many who still cherish the charm and sentimentality of a handwritten letter. So , do you miss handwritten letters in this age of digital apps for communication
