Today has been a busy one.

I've managed to get a lot accomplished. I am running the dishwasher and I've done George's second tube feed. He's collected the mail, too. As usual my insurance company wants me to check my A1c. So they sent me a DIY kit to do at home. except, I can't fill out the information and mail it back. I've been told George's handwriting is not readable. And I'd have to fill out a bio hazard. Paper would be hard enough. Don't get me wrong, I haven't forgotten how to write, I just can't see my own writing and if the label isn't readable the lab can't accept it. Plus, I am not really a fan of putting any of my fingers out of comission for any period of time. They need more blood then my typical sugar check. I've had finger sticks like that, before and it was no walk in the park. One of our neighbors randomally stopped by worried about me. When George had his stroke, I stopped going out to play Pokemon go. I told myself I'd start again when he's recovered enough to start driving again. While he hasn't fallen in a while, I don't want to take that chance. He might not be able to get help. She understood, but it feels good knowing that people notice me. I've always been on the quiet side.
