i have to walk at least 45 minutes to school and back but sometimes i walk even more..it depends what i have to do that day :)

I make a brisk walk for about 45 minutes and cover about 3 kilometres. It is a good exercise for body. More useful exercise is swimming. But I am having hydrophobia. Jogging is a good exericse but after 40 it is not advisible because of chances of having problem with knee cap.
