That's about how much time I clocked on my afternoon walk. I tried to go a little farther than the mailbox, but I didn't go too far, definitely because of the heat. 
Ran into a few doggie friends--one by the mailbox and two when I was nearly home. That's always a bonus.
As for the mail, it was all people wanting money I don't have--either donations or buying something, and I just don't have the money.
