It's 12:13 a.m. by my computer clock, and I have to get to bed and try to sleep. I just wasn't at all tired at my regular bedtime. I think part of the problem is that I haven't been able to go and do my regular walking because of the heat.
The weather when I looked it up said "heat advisory". Lovely.
Don't know what tomorrow--later today--will look like. I hope to get something done around here, anyway.
Good--night/early morning/whatever from here, and I will "see" you myLotters later!

Well, you could indoor workouts and that should help you. Perhaps even spot jogging .All of these if you are interested and your health permits. But do not overdo things and get sick. Slowly returning to your regular time will help.Again , if the room temperature is high it would be tough to get sleep. I usually mylot whil I am relaxing. Do not want to impact my sleep or resting time at night. I am just having an average day- nothing great about the day. Good to see it is going to be friday and then a good weekend and well hopefully you would have got good sleep. Enjoy the day!
