The kash flower in bengal look white in autumn / myLot

In autumn the weather takes a turn in bengal. The skies look different. It is still raining in Calcutta. The kash flower in the countryside the white kash flower looks awesome. it makes the background look white amidst green.

The Flowers look unique! Are these flowers present in some specific areas of Bengal? Is this word "Kash" from Bengali or related to the Hindi word "Kash" (If). Just curious !
