30 years on and it is still there

When we shifted to our new home we were busy doing up the place and there was this spot on the wall where I had plans to put a painting
Temporarily I hung up a tapesty as you can see in the photo. I have yet to look for a painting that will go there. I cannot imagine how 30 years have gone past and no painting found yet There will be no painting there. What was temporary has now become permanent.
Any stories to share?

I agree. It is a pretty tapestry - velvety but a painting wo8uld have given a classy look to my hoiuse.

Our living room has three sections - loun ge, entertainment and dining It is a pretty tapestry but a painting does add class.
