The Ganesha diya is sacred for the Hindus

When the mud pradip or diya are lit up in diwali each of them have a relevance. Ganesha diya is made in the shape of the Elephant Lord Ganesha. It looks like face of elephant. The diya is lit up by pouring oil and adding cotton . it looks nice and bright.

That's a lovely diya. I love Ganesha. He is one who removes all obstacles. His presence is auspicious.
