Discomfort ,short meal.

Its night here almost 9:30 we are done with the dinner.But to be very in spite of skipping lunch i had a very short meal as i am not feeling well since morning.
As soon as i had some rice and lentil i am having discomfort and blaoting all around.
On the other hand sore throat and sinus is also bothering me .
Any good suggestions?

Yes, you can have warm lemon with honey, or perhaps add some ginger.

Maybe some maalox or some sort of antacid.

for bloating - i would drink some tea and hope it goes away
throat and sinuses - honey or ginger tea. or medicine/spray. these can help
