I thought I was supposed to take it a little easier today!?!? I went out again, across the street to the shopping center and the jewelry store, to see what these earrings where made of. The stone initially looks like turquoise, but there was something funny about them so I wanted to be sure. A super sweet lady I met the first time I went to the jewelry store was there, and she looked through her jeweler's loupe and told me that the mark on the back of the earrings said sterling silver, and that the stone was either Howlite or Chalcedony dyed to look like Turquoise. I've taken photos of the earrings for Poshmark, but I can't seem to get a good photo of the mark on the back. I'll keep trying. I've had lunch, and next I want to do Bible study and then hopefully I'll be able to work on some craft stuff. Hope all is going well with you in your part of myLot land!
