Went twice...

I went to the jewelry store twice. The first time I took what I thought was a silver spoon (just to make sure it was actually silver, as I had a whole set in a box) but the lady said it was just silver plate and showed me where the plating was wearing off.
I went home, grabbed some rings out of the jewelry box and went back.
Three of the rings were actually sterling silver, and one was only silver plated, which is for Poshmark.
Right now it's 12:32, and I need to get some lunch.

One of my Mom's rings was sterling silver and I got $18,000 for it. The rest of her jewelry was not worth anything. She had a ruby ring and I want to keep it. She wore it all the time. I do not think it is worth anything either. Her diamond wedding ring was resized and I gave it to my oldest granddaughter and she loves it. It has a lot of diamonds in it. Not sure of the value.

My mother's wedding ring and a ring my Dad gave her are always on my hand. Those aren't going anywhere unless I'm really really desperate--which Lord willing I won't be.
