Give It To God

The attached photo is a painting that I have hanging in my home. It is a reminder that I need daily. For so many years, I allowed worry and fear to consume my mind. I could not sleep. I was constantly distracted throughout the day. But, in time, God brought me to the point where I could let faith rule. Every now and then, something will happen, and that worry will return. That is natural. But I am learning to pray first instead of being overcome by fear. Prayer is such a beautiful thing.

Amen! Like what St. Padre Pio said about prayer, it really helps ease our anxieties and worries when we trust in the Lord.
