Mustard plantations grow well in Bengal during winter. The mustard plantations look nice also with mustard colour. In bengal the flowers of mustard are fried with besan. Mustard is crushed into mustard oil. Fishes are cooked in that oil. Mustard oil is also applied in hair and body and it is good for the skin.
