they should've picked other days - like thursday and friday + weekend. that would be much better

or somewhere in the middle of the week and Sunday. I would love to have a holiday in between the week

I do have Saturday and Sunday has holidays ever since my college days. Prior to that I lived in Middle East , where Friday was the only day there was a holiday but the office hours were less. We had schools for just 5 hours and felt bit more fresh compared to 8 hours college and 2 days weekends. Well, now I have got acquainted with same. As usual, working on things to complete and well it is a race against time for some of things I do. In other words, my weekends are still weekends.Hope things would change in 2 months time or less. Hope you are doing fine. Enjoy the weekend!

No, we don't have a holiday on Saturday. My day was OK yesterday.. Hope you have a good weekend.

Here the students don't have holidays on Saturdays.However they have to attend only four classes.

Holidays occur on different days, but the government usually makes Fridays through Sundays holidays to enjoy a long weekend.
