Not getting money next week

A few days ago we received a message from my mom's friend about subsidy we would be receiving. Finally, because I can have a big pay on my loans. Weird because we were required to wear blue or green t shirt.
Later I found out was only her that was invited to go because she's a zumba dancer
and they will get a money first. I think it's a subsidy from the Government.
But She told as well that we would get our own on another program. Just not next week.

Is that for the Senior? My parents got their quarterly allowance. And I am happy for them and it helps to add for their monthly medicine bills.
