The bouquet withered.

My elder one's birthday was in july and it has passed 4 months but about three to four days back one of her friend gifted her very beautiful bouquet,wrist watch and earings and wished her.The bouquet is now withered.
She was like i am quite late but just except this.
Such a nice apology and gesture at least she cheered up her friend for her special day.
