I was supposed to have a doctor appointment at 3 p.m. here in California, but when I went to the bus stop, the bus I was supposed to take never showed up. I don't drive or have the money for a taxi or Lyft or anything like that, so I tried calling the Health Center (where my appointment was) to reschedule. I was on hold for maybe ten minutes, and when I got someone and explained the situation, she put me on another line with someone else, who was able to contact my doctor and get a phone appointment with her, and the doctor called just a few minutes after I hung up from the other person. I took some notes regarding things she suggested. Now, I'm going to text a friend about how the appointment went, and then do some Bible study. Hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

That saved you a trip that you didn't have to do & gave you extra time for other things to do for the day.

I'm glad you were able to work it out. I made my doctor's office loose my number because I was getting tired of them not listening to me and remembering I'm a human and not a payday.
