A very late lunch.

Today I had to go to the health insurance company to get the papers to have the almost free therapy for my legs and knees.
I did that but while I was going out, I started to talk with a very nice girl who was selling insurances there. And time flew and I remembered that I did not have lunch and that there was a very good pizza restaurant nearby.
So I walked there.
My knees and feet hurt but I kept of walking. As I reached the place, I remembered that there they sold the most delicious foccacias. And I bought one to bring home.
I got into an Uber I had asked and as soon as I reached home I cut 1/4 of the foccacia and ate it hungrily.
A foccacia is a sort of pizza with lots of caramelized onions over it. I love it. I´m an onion lover so anything that has onions (including a piece of toast with caramelized onions) can be delicious for me.
Do you like foccacia?

I have tried it just one time. Unfortunately, we do not have someone nearby that makes some so it might be a long time before I can taste one again.
I also had a late lunch, just a few minutes ago as a matter of fact. I had a work meeting that ran over and I was meeting with team members from different time zones. I have to resort for ramen noodles and a banana for a quick lunch. Not really very healthy but it sustained me in the short amount of break that I had. Your lunch definitely looks better than mine!

I only eat it once in a while because I don´t make it myself and the only place I know that they make it that good is this one. So today I felt very happy with this treat.

Everything would be minus onions for me. The only time I enjoy them are in French Onion soup and French fried onions. Have a good day.
