In Calcutta methi ka paratha is very popular

It is winter in Calcutta. Fenugreek or methi leaves are crushed and atta or flour is put on top of that to make methi ka paratha. Generally a curry is also made of brinjal and methi and it gives awesome taste to eat with methi ka paratha.
