Mustard flowers are very popular in bengal in winter. In winter the mustard flowers are mixed in besan and a bhajia is made which is roasted. it is eaten as a snacks in the evening. It can be eaten with tea or coffee.

yes Yumeko once the flower is fried with besan it gives lovely taste
