Or, as the horse calls them senior moments.
For days, George has mentioned his drawer with his shirts has been running low, even though I do laundry twice a week. It's not unusal for me to not pull clothes out of the dryer right away. Or, only take what I need in the moment. But, I do get to the rest within a day or so. Only this time I totally forgot about the laundry until I opened the dryer to put a load in. Now I know why George had been bringing up the lack of shirts. I had clean ones in the dryer this whole time.

@kaylachan We are dealing with sugar issues here today. He's been eating well today and healthy so not sure what is going on other than the new needles not delivering enough insulin or delivering how it should be.

I'm 41. That might be a little young, but you have to remember I'm not your adverage able-boddied person, either. I do have moments, just like we all do. Especially if my sugar gets on the low end and I hadn't noticed.

Yeah, and with today's load he's good for several more days. I'll be doing a new load of laundry long before then.

@kaylachan That is good to know since our dryer inside my relatives home is not working that well these days.

@kaylachan And it was almost the same thing. Hubby thought he had more shirts than was in the closet

It happens to the best of us. At least you found the shirts and George was right, Otherwise, you'd be left wondering what he was talking about,

It can be hard with the stroke sometimes. He'll be saying something that logically should make sense, but without the context behind it, you don't know if its his afasia acting up or if he's speaking clearly. Today and yesterday it was the latter.
