Delivery Truck was the Culprit!

This evening I went outside so I can finally patch what's left of that crack on the sidewalk. But then I saw this huge HOLE , even BIGGER. Then the staff on the burger stand told me they had a deliver that evening and ramp on that side walk again So it was the truck's fault. You know I've seen that delivery truck ramp on the pavement since their opening. It was never a concern before until cracks started to come out. Should have known. Looks like I won't be sleeping tonight. I'm going to patch up the other pavement that doesn't have a hole yet. Yeah, the tenant's liable sadly. They should know now it's a drainage not full cement.

I'm so sorry. I didn't realize the tenant is liable for the holes.

I didn't know either until the staff admitted there was a delivery earlier that evening @just4him

Yes, that's why we don't experience flood in our area @rakski

So the delivery company isn’t the one who has to fix it? That’s terrible.

Don't you think that their management should pay for the repair? Anyway I hope you did well on it.
