My Family Is Very Worried and Angry at the Same Time

My insomnia is back again, and my family is worried and angry at me. But what can I do? I read, i do puzzle, i listen to the music, i wash the dishes, do some cleaning and ironing, but i am still so awake until now, its been a week that my sleeping pattern has change again. I sleep in the morning for a few hours and stay awake until the next day, but i guess compared to my past experience last year, this year i am able to sleep at 6 or 7 am and woke up at 12 or 2 pm, i think that is kinda put me into normal unlike the 4 hour or 2 hour sleep last year. But anyway since i am feeling better now, maybe i am just too excited on whats to come this year. What are you excited about for this year? I would love to know. God bless.

Make sure you avoid the caffeine, like in chocolate, soda, some teas…I went three days without sleeping this past week, and I was miserable. I feel for you.

Thank you for the advice, but I guess I am guilty with the chocolate. And its nice to know that I am not the only one who is experiencing it.

From what I understand , your sleeping pattern changed from normal. You get you sleep at around 6 0r 7 in the morning and sleep till noon. I doubt your room is cool enough in the night and perhaps your body is not getting worked out. Either both or one of these could be the reason , the shifting of the sleep pattern. I guess shifting the read to sleep time and evening could help. It is good you are feeling better now. For me , I have a whole set of challenges to conquer and I have only 2025 to finish those and move on with things. It never looks easy and so 2025 is a challenging year for me. Take care!

I guess life is getting harder and harder but I think the reward is much better each year. I think I need to do again another set of routines to make myself sleep back to normal. And yes, it is kinda cold at night. That's true. Thank you for always being here at my blogs - engaging. God bless.
