During Apartheid I was speaking with three South Africans who told me this; one must always be conscious of the colour of their skin and the colour of those around them.
I replied that it was the same in America.
Donald Trump proved me right.
I have always said that America is not really a democracy it is a capitalistic nation where money is deity.
Donald Trump proved me right again.
For many years America would have a fairly decent chap as President who would do various acts to make the world think that America was 'the best country in the world'.
Donald Trump hasn't bothered with that fraud.
His supporters prove that many Americans are just as racist, just as worshipping of money.

America is a Constitutional Republic...Not a Democracy. Even China has turned more toward being a Capitalist country. If people don't work, make money, invest in a business, make things people need...what else is there? Without Capitalist, you would not have a phone or computer or the Internet.

exactly.. China separates it's 'capitalism' ... that when you deal with other countries you play them, at home, everyone has the same right to education, health care, etc.
It always makes me laugh when someone repeats propaganda about America when everyone knows that those who have money buy their rights and freedoms, and those who don't have money have no rights nor freedomes

@xander6464 most of the world can draw a distinction between what benefits the public, what benefits the millionaires and selects its people. America selects its millionaires. Which is why so many harmful products remain on sale.
America could have gone to cars running on hydrogen from 1966 if the millionaires weren't into oil.
Hydrogenated 'vegetable oil' would have been off the market at that time, considering its health risks.
